The Cordera Community Center
The Cordera Community Center is approximately 8,200 square feet and includes a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, a heated outdoor pool with zero depth entry, multipurpose rooms, a beautiful deck and more. The Community Center opened Memorial Day 2008!
The Grand Lawn and Community Center give Cordera residents a place to gather for events, swim, exercise, play, or just hang out. It's also home to the Cordera Landscape Demonstration Gardens, which provide homeowners and potential new buyers a first hand look at various plants and flowers that could be used in their own landscaping. Plus, the views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains are spectacular!
